Push Schema Updates to Multiple DB Instances

We are using AWS MySql instances, and we are basically starting with 10 instances, all the same structure, and that is going to grow very quickly into about 300-400 instances with the same structure.

I am not a MySql guru (or AWS...yet), i am just starting out, but I am pretty familiar with MSSql and Red Gate, but Red Gate is focus on MSSQL Server, and the MySql tools I see are super basic. Are there products or tools for MySql that do mass updates across schemas?

I can provide more information if needed, but trying to gather information quickly.
