MySQL version? Host and guest OSes/versions? You are running WB from the host or in the guest OS?
The customer accesses the MySQL instance on the VM with what software, what API?
what error msg does she get? Can others login into MySQL and her db, or into other dbs on that VM while she cannot? Can you?
