Hi Peter,
I just wanted to add in new information to see if you can help me straighten things out.
[ERROR] [MY-010457] [Server] --initialize specified but the data directory has files in it. Aborting.
[ERROR] [MY-013236] [Server] Newly created data directory C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\mysql-8.0.13-winx64\data\
is unusable. You can safely remove it.
[ERROR] [MY-010119] [Server] Aborting
