Yes, it dawned on me last night when I was trying to fall asleep that doing it that way would be an issue. By the time I got back to work this morning, I had forgotten about it. I've been using SP and OneNote for so long that they seem like my c:\ and I forget that they are not.
The next thing I have to do is put together a plan to back up my DB to OneDrive so I don't lose everything if my laptop crashes... I've read very quickly and it looks like there isn't an easy way to do it..
