ODBC --connection to myDB failed error

Hi,

I am having problems accessing my database from vb6

"MySQL ODBC --connection to myDB failed" error

the structure my program is

VB ---> MS ACCESS 2000 ---> MySQL 4.1

The program is originally developed under VB and MS Access 2K and later migrated to MySQL. In order not to re-write the program and use the queries in MS Access, I remove all the tables of Access and linked the MySQL Tables. VB is still connecting to the ACCESS database

I am using MyODBC-3.51.11-2-win.msi
