Myodbc - VC6.0 - Error (access denined ODBC@localhost )

Hi,
I recently tried to install MyoDBC ver 3.51.11-1 on Win2K machine (with latest SPs) running mysql server 5.0.3-beta.
The message I keep getting is "Access Denied for User ODBC@localshot... )
Can anyone tell me or email me (deepslaren@yahoo.com) an older version of MyODBC ?
