There has been reports that if the driver
is registered in "~/Library/ODBC/odbcinst.ini" many
applications can't use it. Yes, the file format is
the same, you can copy it to "/Library/ODBC".

Not sure if having it registered in two places will
cause confusion for iODBC, you have to check that
out, maybe remove the original one,
