Hello Rasinc,

Thanks for showing interest in Mysql Connector/ODBC.

On 64-bit Windows OS, there is both a 32-bit and 64-bit version of the odbc32.dll and odbcad32.exe.
The 64-bit version of Driver Manager is in (%windir%\System32\Odbc32.dll) and 32-bit version is in (%windir%\SysWOW64\Odbc32.dll).
So please check if this is not because of architecture mismatch.
