I know nothing about SA or ow it uses MySQL. It would need to use a MySQL account. SA authors probably preconfigured your MySQL account for specific access to SA data, but you will have to ask SA people about all that.

If that's with SA software, ask them.

The convention for local general use is to create a mysql user named 'root', enabled for host=localhost, password of your choice, and give that user all privileges.
