Thanks Bogdan,

All the options on the Misc page, including "Prepare statements on the client", are off.

I've tried this with two versions of ODBC drivers, two servers, and I can't get an output parameter of any stripe to work.

I have walked through a result set and passed an input parameter successfully, but never an output parameter. Output parameters work fine if the DSN points to a MS SQL server.

I don't know what to try next. Should I paste in my entire C++ program?
