Hi Lasse,

The MySQL ODBC driver requires VC++ 2015 redistributable package for its work.
Make sure you have it installed.
If installing VC++ 2015 redistributable package does not help it is a bug in MySQL ODBC driver which has to be reported here:

https://bugs.mysql.com/report.php
