Bogdan, thanks for the suggestion. I downloaded and installed the latest MySQL ODBC 32 bit driver, version 5.03.09. I didn't see version 5.03.10.

No joy. Using the Access "External Data / ODBC Database / IMPORT the source data into a new table ..." does NOT pick up the primary keys from the MySQL tables.

However, using the Access "External Data / ODBC Database / LINK to the data source by creating a linked table" works perfectly.

I get the same problem with Access 2007, 2010, and 2016.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
