Hi Ola,

I cannot repeat this problem on my machine, but this problem could happen because of the Windows ephemeral port exhaustion. It is a commonly known thing with Windows which happens when a large number of short living connections is opened and closed in a relatively short period of time. There are ways of increasing the number of ephemeral ports (you will have to google how it is done).

Just a word of caution: it involves editing the system registry, so you need to be very careful and aware about possible dangers of doing it.
