MySQL Connector/ODBC 8.0 Installer

I am attempting to reinstall this MySQL connector on my Windows 10 PC. I need to connect MS Access to 2 MySQL databases - one on the same PC and one online. When I try to run the installer

mysql-connector-odbc-8.0.12-winx64.msi

it says I must install Visual Studio 2015. I cannot find where to get this from.
