Hi Grzegorz,

It would be more helpful if you specified the exact versions of ODBC Driver, MySQL Server and MS Access being used.

MySQL ODBC Driver comes in two flavours: ANSI and Unicode.
The usage of these drivers depend on the contents of your database and the client application. If ANSI is not working a good idea would be to try Unicode version and vice versa.
