This looks like a bug.
Can you please report it here:
https://bugs.mysql.com/report.php

Also, please include all relevant details that might help us to reproduce it:
- CREATE TABLE for a table if it happens to a specific table
- Test program or step by step instructions
- Connection options used in the connection string
- Anything else
