The line for the ODBC driver referenced on ("
https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuapr2024.html";) doesn't actually explicitly specify the version of 32-bit driver affected which is causing some confusion - the guidance is being interpreted by vulnerability scanning (at least from Tenable) as all versions <= 8.3.0.

In this example shouldn't the last column actually say ("8.0.36 and prior, 8.3.0 and prior") similar to the line below it
