Using GotDotNet DAAB + Parameters (VB)

I'm trying to use the GotDotNet DAAB with MySQL. I've downloaded the mysql.cs file and the changed to Adohelper.cs. I can get everything to work except parameters. Does anyone have any sample code using the DAAB?
