I figured out the problem.

I was copying and pasting from a Microsoft Word document into my text boxes on the web page. Evidently quotes (single or double) are different in MS Word than in ASCII. I placed the entire document in Notepad first, and then copied and pasted to the text boxes on the web page, and it works perfectly!

Hopefully this helps everyone else out.
