"Add new connection..." dialog in VS2005 fails

In server explorer or in "add new data source", after I select "MySQL Database", the config screen appears, but after I type a letter to a textbox or click the checkbox, it closes with no error messages.
MySQL connector ver. is 5.1.3, MySQL ver. is 5.0.
