These tools wont work with the express versions of .Net, due to a limitation of these versions. If they did everything the paid versions do, nobody would buy them. I bought the standard version of VS.Net. So far I have been able to do everything I needed to do with this version (except when I tried out MySqlDirect.Net, but that was their fault). You can even create windows services if you download the template from planetsourcecode.com. If you have a student ID, you can pick up this version for around $70US.
