Can't find the MySQL .NET Reference and use the MySQL NameSpace

Hi

I already installed the driver for .NET 5.0.3 and am able to connect from C# in visual Studio on the Server Explorer to MySQL. Yet, if I try to connect from code in runtime, it won't work. I can't use the namespace for MySQL.Data.MySqlClient because the reference for the .NET connector doesn't even appear on the reference list on VS. What could be the problem?, I already reinstall the .NET connector and the problem still persists.
