How to use DbFunctions with MySql.Data.Entity

I have migrated from SQL Server to MySQL recently, I used DbFunctions class to execute some functions such as truncate time from datetime field while I was using SQL Server but it seems that MySQL (Connector/NET 8.0.21 or 8.0.23) does not support this class because I still have an error on it.

Any suggestions to solve this problem please.
