I also have a quick fix:
1. Run the installer until the error dialog appears,don't click OK.
2. Open the file "svctag.xml" with any editor,replace the first two charectors after the tag <cpuManufacturer> with "Ge".
3. Close the file, set the attribute of file as read-only.
4. Click OK in the installer,it will exit. Restart this installer.
5. You will receive another error dialog.
6. Remove the read-only attribute of the "svctag.xml".
7. Click OK,you will install it successfully.
