rror occurred in the .NET Framework Data Provider for MySQL

Hi all,

I have installed the mysql .net connector 6.2.1 or 6.2.3 for visual studio 2008. After installation whenever I want to make a new connection the following error occuring. Please guide me what I need to do. Thanks.
