Hello Gabriela,
Do you know about Revo Uninstaller ?
This has several levels to remove remaining files and registry keys relative to a program you uninstall. Their paths are displayed on the screen to allow you to select them, I do not remember whether you find them in a log.
Some others exist that I less know about.
I imagine this can then be a way to complete the standard uninstall program if it has gaps.
