Do you remember the specific version of connector (6.3.X)?
Seems that when you uninstalled Connector 6.3.X an entry in the registry were not removed. You can try deleting manually the unused registry key(s) or use a software that clean the registry (CCleaner for example), but first you must be sure that Connector/Net was installed just for your user, because Connector 6.3.X can be installed for a single user or for all the users in a PC.
