How to connect to MySQL databaase via Proxy from .net

I am trying to connect to MySql Database remoetly from .net Code. MySql Database is hosted outside my comapny Network.My network securtiy team given me a option to connect it via only proxy. Can anybody please help me how to connect MySql database via y copany network proxy that too from my .net code. Many Many Thanks in advance.
