error when inserting string with ditquote in it (.')

Hello,

I recieve a error when i want to insert a string with dotquote(.') in it. I developed the program in c# .net.

example a filename: m.s.'s.doc

Error is: You have an error in your SQL Syntax. Please check manual

How can I solve this?
