Hi,

Can you provide more details, like
a) Are you using the standalone MySql Connector/NET installer or the general MySql Windows Installer (that installs Connector/NET and everything else).

Also, if the installer detects the MySql is already installed, then you can ask it to repair the product.

Also bear in mind that the install/uninstall must be done with Administrator privileges.
