Hi,
The driver for .NET full, is only for Windows. If you want to use it in Linux you would need to use the .net core version, which is also a good option, most of the features are supported, including the document store protocol.
Is there any specific feature that you are looking to use for? For example named pipes are not supported in .net core and we are in the process of adding the compression support in the next release.
