Hello Gene,

thank you for posting your question in the forum.
The connection string option you are looking for is "ConnectionTimeout". The description for it is as follows "The length of time (in seconds) to wait for a connection to the server before terminating the attempt and generating an error.".

You can refer to the following page for additional connection string options such as "DefaultCommandTimeout".
