Mysql 8 not connect give Bad Handshake error 1043

I am new in mysql database. I have installed Mysql for mysql installer on window.
I try to connect mysql from cmd it give me ERROR 1043 (08S01): Bad handshake.

Please guide how can i resolve the error.

Also how can i check my installation is correct?
