There's a mapping at https://medium.com/dbconvert/mysql-and-sql-servers-data-types-mapping-4cedc95de638.

I expect there's a table in the docs but I don't know where it is and the ,manual's search capabilities are, um, disappointing. You can generate your own mapping by creating a table with one instance of each MySQL data type, retrieving from it in .NET, and inspecting the types.
