Hi David,

The code is nothing more than the automatically generated code by VS.net itself! I create a blank C# project (winform), drop a mySqlConnection component on the form, then try to set the connectionstring property of it at design time. As soon as I click the "..." button of the connectionstring, this error pops.

I think it is a little weired. I cannot set the connection string at design time.
