LGPL mysql jdbc driver

Anyone knows LGPL mysql jdbc driver which will support MySQL 4.1?

It used to be 2.0.14 worked fine, but in 4.1. it doesn't works anymore

Anyone knows any other options?

I found project http://sourceforge.net/projects/mjdbc/
But it looks like just started.
