I don't think your statement will work the way you want.
REPLACE INTO summaryTable ( f1, f2, f3 ) SELECT ? AS f1, ? AS f2, CURRENT_TIMESTAMP AS f3 FROM origTable WHERE f2 = ?
The first two ? will be replaced with constants. You can't specify column names in that manner. If you want them to be constants then you will be fine.
