I need help!!!!!

Hello. I am trying to connect to mysql server. I was able to connect yesterday, but I can't connect to it today. I've connected remotely with no problems. I'm using the MySQL Administrator to connect but I have no luck. Can someone please offer any suggestions. Thank you.
