jdbc unexpected exeception

I was using this code with ealier on other pc it was working fine but noe I get this error while connecting to mysql. Also it when i give wrong user name for the connection it specifies that acces is denied or when give wrong database name it again gives error saying that the database doesn't exists but when all the fields are correct i get following error can anyone tell what is the cause of this error or what does it mean.
