Ok, I found out what the problem was. I had to add the argument -Xverify:none also in the WebSphere Serverconfiguration. So the argument looks like this now:

-Dcom.ibm.transform.installpath=S:/IBM/WSAD/runtimes/PORTAL~4/IBMTrans -Xverify:none
