Yamil,

What version of the server, and driver? What does a full stack trace look like? I've found that very often, this is actually an OutOfMemoryError that is then masked by some finally{} in client code _or_ some query that takes longer than the network read timeout (which by default is something close to 60 seconds), _or_ a full GC that happens during the processing of the query that happens to interrupt the thread long enough for the server to think the client has hung.

In rare cases it is a bug, but usually only with alpha drivers (such as the one the other poster is using).
