Windows 2008 and Java Connector

Hi All.

Have I do special things on a Win 2008 R2 Srv and IIs version 7, if I use the JavaConnector in my applications and which?

I can access the DB with PHP and phpAdmin, but my Apps and Netbeans wont't access the DBs...

Used version: Connector 5.1.6
