Peter,
Thank you for replying and apologies for being in the wrong forum.
I have the mySQL Server running, however, I can't see my database in NetBeans.
I have started the server and connected to:
jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mysql?zeroDateTimeBehavior=convertToNull [root on Default schema]
However, I can only see the databases installed with mySQL, i.e. sakila, test and world to which I can see Tables within sakila.
I have found in "C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6\data\sakila" MYD, MYI, TRN, frm etc files which I assume represent the sakila database.
I have no such files for my massageDB and would appreciate knowing if I need such similar files (which I believe I do) and then how do I generate such?
I have a small JPG file (screen capture) of the Services window showing database and connection, however,I don't know how to attached it to this Post.
I look forward to further help on what I need to do.
Thanks
Peter
