We do not have performance issue if all the traffic goes to master but there is poor performance while diverting some of the traffic to salve.

We are making the connection as read only as below in order send traffic to slave.

connection.setReadOnly(true)

Please let us know if you require more information and also suggest us how to get rid of this issue.
