I can't speak on behalf of AWS Aurora. At most, what I can do is to help you identify the offending queries. For that I recommend you to temporarily set the connection property `dumpQueriesOnException=true` and watch the error log. You can also share the corresponding stack trace here if you want me to analyze it.
Once you find a failing query, please try to run it directly in the server using any SQL client and maybe ask for help in AWS support channels if the problem remains.
