15:45:50 [ERR][wb_admin_control.py:get_config_options:760]: Could not open the file "C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\my.ini": 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x9d in position 4314: character maps to <undefined>
I ran a script that is about it, was opening a server connection to my data base kinda basic not sure what would cause it.
Maybe you can help me with that as well, I get the "MESSAGE: Unknown initial character set index '255' received from server. Initial client character set can be forced via the 'characterEncoding' property." when running my java.sql connection.
