No, there isn't a list of error codes you could consider retriable, at least that I know of.
Theoretically you could check if the exceptions thrown are subclasses of java.sql.SQLTransientException but that won't work either because Connector/J is not a very good Exception classification in this regard.
So, my advice would be for you to check the error codes you are getting and classify them as you go. You can check the entire list of error codes and select the best candidates yourself (maybe someone else already did this?) and keep fine tuning your error handling code.
