I am not sure anyone on this forum (for MySQL) can help you with postgres issues. There may be a few community members familiar with both products that could engage with you. But, in general, that isn't a topic we cover.
Are you having problems connecting your Tomcat to a MySQL database server? If so, please share the whole error message (you can XXX out your user name if you feel more comfortable doing so).
