I have a similar question.

I have an application written in Delphi which accesses MySQL using the standard port 3306 etc. I do not link to any MySQL libraries, dll's etc. My program can also use SQLlite as the customer sees fit.

My program is not open source.

If I sell my program to a customer and include a standard lamp stack for him to install (eg Wamp or Xampp) and also SQLlite then, am I or my customer, liable for MysQL license fees if he choses to use MySQL?
