we are a small company developing a web application which is closed source.
We want to use MySQL Community edition as a Database.

Since it will be a web application, Users will visit the website and use it for a subscription fee. MySQL and web application will be hosted at one place. We are NOT distributing the application/Database as such.

We are NOT going to change anything in MySQL.
Now my question is Can we use MySQL Community edition as a Database.
If yes, what precautions we need to take so that it will be legally compliant.
